David Pate is a a proud third-generation Coronado resident that enjoys building homes in his home town. He began his construction journey with the McMillin Companies in 2000 and has been building custom homes since 2010. Committed to a full transparency approach, he works with top subcontractors to turn homeowners' dreams into reality—on time, on budget, with exceptional quality.
